Let it Go

Philippians 3:13-14 "....Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus."

There are so many people or events that can hurt us, and sometimes we are faced with people who may be cruel to us. Today I advice you to allow yourself to let go. Holding on to hurt only builds bitterness. Bitterness is very crafty, it can sneak into your heart and before you know it you are this person full of hate and anger. We have to be very careful about what we say about those who have hurt us. We need to listen to ourselves speaking.

What are we saying and thinking about others, I know sometimes it may be hard to let go of some people but by God's grace we can. It will only benefit us to let go. It is for our own good. We don't want to move around full of bitterness.

Thank you Pastor K.R Its so true and encouraging. Its my prayer that God will help me to Let-It-Go and i choose to trust in God to heal my heart and to help me overcome the hurt, wounds and pain inflicted on me from the past, so i move on freely, happy and fully trusting and surrendering all to God. Remember me in your prayers as well. Amen.

Unfortunately its true, we do have angry and unhappy Christians. I always wonder why its like that. God promises us joy, peace and happiness and yet we still have a lot of angry unhappy Christians. I believe it’s time we re-evaluate our Christianity. Christianity is not supposed to be a bondage and a burden. It’s supposed to give us life in abundance. , We have a people who are Christians out of duty and not out of a free will and love for God. People are just afraid of going to hell and they are teaching other people fear and bondage instead of love and freedom. Bondage brings hatred, anger and unhappiness. It saddens me to see my brethren suffering and not enjoying Christianity. This week I encourage you to lighten up and stop judging everyone that comes your way. This week I encourage you to let go and let God be . Lets re-evaluate our Christianity, why are we Christians?

The Enemy "Time Waster"

Many times I hear people saying "the devil did this and that" and forget that they are Christians. Everything and I mean everything that happens to us as children of God happen because God allows it to happen. It may pain him to allow certain things to happen to us but the truth is He is still in control. We give the devil or Satan too much credit. Everything weather good or bad which happens to me happens because God loves me. I am not going to go around rebuking the devil for everything but instead thank God for victory and deliverance. I have no time to waste fighting the enemy. I just do that automatically by doing the will of God. As I do the will of God He automatically gives me victory. we resist the enemy by doing the will of God and living in obedience.

He Protects

Ladies and gentleman, it is true. God does protect His own. If you desire protection from any force that may come against you, God is the answer. He is the one who constantly protects us. If we move ahead of God and never allow Him to surround us, we will definitely miss out on his protection. If you are a child of God I encourage you not to look for protection anywhere else but look for protection from our Father. We are safe under the shadow of His wings. Rest and be at peace knowing that God has got your back.
