NO

NO

So many times people misinterpret the word "NO". NO is a very good word. Sometimes when people say NO, to us, we may interpret it as the following: I hate you, You are not worth it, You are stupid, You are not my friend, and sometimes we even think the person who is saying NO is selfish and inconsiderate.

This however is not true. If we view everything as coming from the Lord and we believe that He is the one who is ordering our steps, then this mentality will change. God sometimes says NO to our requests. This does not mean He does not care about us. He is always on our side. It is very dangerous to assume and judge from the outside. This is what the enemy wants he does not want us to be deep. He wants us to be shallow. Let us fight this battle together, I am honestly one of you guys. There is grace available.

On the other hand, when you say NO to people it does not mean that you are insensitive, it does not mean that you do not care, it also does not mean you do not Love. Guilt does not come from the Lord, but conviction comes from the Lord. If you believe that the Lord told you to say NO, Say NO and if you believe the Lord told you to say YES, say YES. It is as simple as that but it always seems hard doesn't it :)

Let your YES, be YES and your NO, be NO.

We are together in this guys, remember, the battle is not ours, but the Lords.

Angry Unhappy Christians

Unfortunately its true, we do have angry and unhappy Christians. I always wonder why its like that. God promises us joy, peace and happiness and yet we still have a lot of angry unhappy Christians. I believe it’s time we re-evaluate our Christianity. Christianity is not supposed to be a bondage and a burden. It’s supposed to give us life in abundance. , We have a people who are Christians out of duty and not out of a free will and love for God. People are just afraid of going to hell and they are teaching other people fear and bondage instead of love and freedom. Bondage brings hatred, anger and unhappiness. It saddens me to see my brethren suffering and not enjoying Christianity. This week I encourage you to lighten up and stop judging everyone that comes your way. This week I encourage you to let go and let God be . Lets re-evaluate our Christianity, why are we Christians?

Overcome Fear

Fear is very cunning. I believe this is an enemy to mankind. We can believe all we want in our minds that we have no fear, however it goes beyond that. Believing in just in your mind is not enough. We have to believe in our heart. Take a moment and trully search your heart. If you have fear about something acknowledged it. If we do not acknowledge our fears we will never be able to overcome and move forward. We can never overcome what we don't acknowledged.

What to do with a dream

Almost everyone has a dream, someday we want to see ourselves somewhere and doing great things. If not then remember God has placed a dream in all of us. God has a plan for everyone. Once you have your dream, what do you do with it? Abraham always wanted a son and one day God gave him a son in his old age. God then asked Abraham to sacrifice Isaac his son, i.e. the very same son that Abraham had to wait several years for. This was the son of Abraham’s dreams and yet God asked Abraham to sacrifice him. I guess it was a difficult decision for Abraham to make but He decided to hand over the child of His dreams to God. This week I want to encourage you not to exalt your dream above God. Let God be first and let your dreams come after God. If we put our dreams before God, we will never know God as Jehovah Jireh (The God who provides). After Abraham put his son (dreams) on the altar, God mentioned that He will bless Abraham because he did not withhold his son from him.
