I don't Know

I don't know why it is hard for people to say I don't know.

Is it belittle-ling to say "I don't know."? Its not a sin not to know stuff. The problem is when we are not willing to learn. If we know everything there will be no room to learn. If we think we know everything we will not learn because we will always be ready to give our own opinion and in the process miss everything. People tend to move away from people who "think" they know everything. Let us assess our selves today. Do we have an opinion about everything? Do we always want to know the answer? Do we feel irritated and angry when people don't listen to us?

On the other hand some people always say they don't know in order to run away from responsibilities. The way we say "I don't know" also matters our motives for saying anything are more important than the words themselves. If we don't know let us not end there, yes! we may not know but let us be open to learn

Remember it is not a sin to say "I don't know", If we say "I don't know" we will not die. At the same time, let us continue to learn for the Word of God says " my people perish for lack of Knowledge"

Being Tried and Tested

I have made a lot of mistakes in my life and most of them have been caused by rushing into things. Don’t get me wrong I am happy and glad that my life turned out the way it did. I am glad that God never gives up on us (people) but continues to train them as long as we do not cut ourselves off. Spiritual matters are not supposed to be rushed into. There are a lot of trials and tests that we have to pass through before we can step into our spiritual calling. People will never really understand God’s path for us, and we as well do not understand the path that God has for us, He reveals it bit by bit because His thoughts and ways are higher than ours. God cannot be mocked and manipulated. God will never bend to our will but we are the ones who are supposed to surrender to His will. Our spiritual backbone is continually strengthened as we pass through different trials. I have come to have a different outlook on trials and tests. I have always thought that God is a cruel God by allowing...

Our Healer

The Lord is our healer and He is able to heal anything not only our physical body but our soul and spirit as well. The only way to get spiritual healing is to be connected to God. After being connected to God in your spirit then the Soul and the Physical being will be able to receive healing. I believe that to a certain extent we have all been emotionally wounded and we need healing in our emotions. If we do not receive emotional healing we become full of resentment and and anger. We view things and people with wounds. The strange thing is that we sometimes hide our wounds. We don't want anyone near our true self. We build up walls. We push other people away and hurt them in order to protect out wounds. If we do not allow God to heal us, we do not grow. A 45 year old person can have emotions and behaviors of a 5 year old. This is not normal. If there has been pain in our past, let us allow God to heal us so that we can grow. Imagine what happens if one does not take a physica...

Angry Unhappy Christians

Unfortunately its true, we do have angry and unhappy Christians. I always wonder why its like that. God promises us joy, peace and happiness and yet we still have a lot of angry unhappy Christians. I believe it’s time we re-evaluate our Christianity. Christianity is not supposed to be a bondage and a burden. It’s supposed to give us life in abundance. , We have a people who are Christians out of duty and not out of a free will and love for God. People are just afraid of going to hell and they are teaching other people fear and bondage instead of love and freedom. Bondage brings hatred, anger and unhappiness. It saddens me to see my brethren suffering and not enjoying Christianity. This week I encourage you to lighten up and stop judging everyone that comes your way. This week I encourage you to let go and let God be . Lets re-evaluate our Christianity, why are we Christians?
